                                  Grades 7th - 12th
                     
                      August 2, 2010 at 6:30 to 8:00 pm

                               Mitchell Park & Rec. Center

Please bring your completed registration form, a copy of your birth certificate, a small photo and a copy of a current physical (you can pick up a form at the high school or at your doctor's office). You cannot participate in high school sports without a current physical form on file.

                      U12 Boys and U12 Girls

We are taking registrations for recreational U12 soccer. Please complete the registration form and bring it to high school registration along with a copy of your birth certificate and a small photo. Physicals are NOT required for this age group.
